Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Caracal Cram ("we," "us"), an SAT Math prep service at caracalcram.com run by a sole proprietor in California. By creating an account, buying a plan, or booking tutoring, you agree to them. Please read them along with our Privacy Policy.
Who can use Caracal Cram
- You must be 13 or older.
- If you're under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you and must make any purchase. A parent or guardian who lets a teen use Caracal Cram agrees to these terms too.
Your account
- Use a real email address that you can access.
- Keep your password private. You're responsible for activity in your account.
- One student per account. Don't share your account.
What we provide
Caracal Cram includes a free diagnostic test, a personal study plan, lessons and practice questions, and optional live tutoring. We work hard to help you improve, but we can't promise any particular score. Results depend on many things, including how much you practice.
Caracal Cram is not affiliated with or endorsed by the College Board, which owns the SAT trademark.
We may change, add, or remove features over time. If a change takes away something you've already paid for, we'll make it right.
Purchases
- Every plan is a one-time payment. There are no subscriptions, and nothing renews automatically.
- You'll see the price and exactly what's included before you pay.
- All sales are final, and we don't offer refunds, with two exceptions:
- If we can't provide something you paid for (for example, we cancel a tutoring session and can't reschedule it), we'll refund that part.
- Where the law requires a refund.
- If you think you were charged by mistake, email support@caracalcram.com and we'll sort it out.
Tutoring sessions
- Sessions are booked through our scheduling page and paid for in advance.
- You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before a session starts, at no cost.
- Cancelling less than 24 hours before, or not showing up, uses up the session. It isn't refunded or rescheduled.
- If you're late, the session still ends at its scheduled time.
- If we cancel or miss a session, you can choose to reschedule it or get a refund for that session.
- We don't record sessions without everyone's permission.
- Please be respectful. We may end a session that becomes abusive or inappropriate.
Using our content
Our lessons, questions, explanations, and other materials belong to Caracal Cram. You're welcome to use them for your own studying. Don't copy, share, sell, or republish them, and don't scrape or download the site's content in bulk.
What you may not do
- Break the law, or use Caracal Cram to cheat on the SAT or any other test.
- Interfere with the site, try to get into other people's accounts or data, or test the site's security without our permission.
- Harass or threaten anyone.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time from the bottom of the Results page, or by emailing support@caracalcram.com. Because all sales are final, deleting an account doesn't come with a refund.
Disclaimers
Caracal Cram is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses, such as a lower test score than you hoped for or a missed admissions opportunity. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
Disputes
If something goes wrong, please email us first. Most problems can be fixed quickly. These terms are governed by California law. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of California, including small claims court if the dispute qualifies.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and for significant changes we'll tell you by email or on the site before they take effect. If you keep using Caracal Cram after that, you're agreeing to the new terms. Changes never apply to purchases you've already made.
